** Our workaround for this downtime period:
- For urgent cases, please send PAL request to HAS at has@prubsn.com.my email address ONLY (please DO NOT include customer@prubsn.com.my in the email loop or CC when submitting the requests via email to ensure proper handling of urgent cases & avoid delays).
- Please call HAS hotline 03 - 2742 4099 to speak to our call team for assistance.
- Hospitals are strongly encouraged to submit all documents to HAS before 02:00 am Saturday 17th January 2026 (before 1st Downtime), & before 09:00 pm Sunday 18th January 2026 (before 2nd Downtime), thus allowing HAS to revert before these downtimes.
- Hospitals are also encouraged to avoid bulk submission during the downtime.
- Hospitals may collect REASONABLE deposit if customer wishes to admit or discharge to reduce waiting time and minimize complaints.
- For any discharge during downtimes, it is advisable for hospital to collect REASONABLE deposit and release customers. Hospital can submit discharge documents into portal after downtime ended.
Kindly inform all relevant departments (business office, front office, patient administration, Accident & Emergency Department, admission & discharge counter, insurance counter, finance & billing department etc.)
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
