We are enhancing our PruBSN HealthLink (hospital portal) on 23rd May 2025. The new features will be reflecting to one of our initiatives that was announced in the earlier memorandum dated 31 December 2024 titled: “UPDATES ON DAY SURGERY PROCESS”.
This upcoming portal upgrade is basically an enhancement to automate the Day Surgery requests for issuance of Pre-Authorisation Letter (PAL). There will be additional information to be filled on the Registration page.
- Upon clicking the “Day Surgery” for Admission Type, a new item “Procedure Code” will appear.
- User must select the exact or nearest procedure code and procedure name in the dropdown.
- If there are more than 1 procedure planned, user can add the procedures accordingly, with maximum of 3 main procedures only.
- Please ensure to correctly select & fill the information required to allow automation to take effect and avoid delay of PAL issuance.
- In the event of any discrepancy in the selected procedure(s) code, PruBSN HAS reserves the right to revise the claim’s decision.
