PruBSN Medical Management team is launching a dedicated hotline for medical officer, specialists, and medical consultants of your hospitals to connect with our Medical team directly.
Medical officer, specialists, and medical consultants may call the hotline to communicate with our internal medical team and discuss Hospital Alliance Service (HAS) cases and queries. Below are some examples (this list is indicative only and non-exhaustive):
• To understand the declination reason of HAS
• To discuss charges or procedure under Amount Under Clarification (AUC)
• To clarify medical questionnaires
PruBSN Medical Management hotline is officially launch today. The hotline will be available from 8:30am to 11:00pm every day, including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday. Any calls received outside of this hour will be followed up during our operating hours as mentioned above.
