Following our recent announcement on the Total Pandemic Protection (refer memo dated 28 Jan 2022), we are pleased to inform that enhancement is being made for PruBSN Health Link (Hospital Portal). Under Benefit Enquiry function, you will find a new field "Pandemic Coverage" to show the eligibility of the client’s certificate for the Total Pandemic Protection.

Kindly note that this enhancement will only appear in PruBSN Health Link (Hospital Portal) on 19 February 2022 onwards.

Do refer to our memo dated 16 February 2022 for further details.

Please keep all relevant departments (business office, front office, patient administration, Accident & Emergency Department, admission & discharge counter, insurance counter, finance & billing department etc.) informed.
