We are pleased to inform you that we are standardizing our contact numbers for Hospital Alliance Service (HAS) and Claims Under Review (CUR) cases.
From 1st April 2019 (Monday), 8:30am onwards, please call HAS hotline 03-2742 4099 for enquiries on both HAS and CUR cases. Below is the timetable:

As a reminder on CUR process, hospital is required to reply CUR within 3 working days from the Final PAL issuance date. CUR team will then review and reply to hospital within 7 working days upon receive CUR reply from hospital.
